Indeed Pune is one of the world biggest SME (Small Medium Enterprises) zones, where number of manufacturing industries has been setup, which too provide a massive employment to number of people and family.

Considering all the pros and cons under such state of affairs a real estate agent played a vital role in finding a place to reside any family or individual and as well as to rent and sell a shop, plat or office premises.
 
According to the survey there are more than thousand of big and small real estate agents working in Mumbai and Pune. And they all are doing well in their respective area but the real fact is that whatever business they are getting at present; the market potential is much more than that. It’s all because they are not well organized and more or less they are not handling their customer in a proper manner. The biggest reason behind this is that they all are working on their own; there are no such rule and regulation either for agents or for customers which they have to follow. If any dispute arises between both the parties then there is no such process or association which can sort it out. AREA will endow with a stage to develop business relation with the other state agents on a regional and national ground.
 
AREA is planning to enroll as many members as it can be under its association because the more we will be the stronger will be our presence.
