It normally burns fast and retains the heat longer as compared to others and it reacts rapidly to the changes in the flow of air and this makes easier for the user to control the temperature of the cooker.
It is always advisable to look for things that are easy, convenient and low at cost, but when it’s the matter of quality you can compromise on the cost of the product.
