As we all known that Dryer machine is mainly used for drying materials with certain humidity or granularity in mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemicals and other industries. Dry mining equipment has good adaptability to materials and it can be used for drying various materials; the equipment is simple and reliable to operate, so it is universally used. But do you know what should notice to dust collector of China dryers?
Safety considerations on dust collector of rotary drying machine are s follows:
(1) set up reliable temperature while the temperature of the two kinds of glass fiber filter material limit of 260 ~ 280 ℃ and normal operation is not more than the normal (less than 150 ℃), but the dryer of break often occurs, once broken expected, the temperature rises quickly, high temperature filter material brittle, will greatly damage filter material life.So overrun alarm device is necessary, so that the operator immediately take measures to better temperature overrun with exhaust fan and blower inlet opening of hot air stove implements the linkage, once overrun, turn down the air door automatically, reliable protection effect to the filter bag.
(2) the operation stability of flue gas temperature in the range of 110 ~ 120 ℃, ensure that the dust collector and pipeline condensation does not occur. Also conducive to the material guarantee moisture, do not send in cause bridging and plugging in the dust collector.
(3) on the equipment maintenance to ensure the dryer export and dust collector discharging two locks the reliability of the air valve action and sealed to prevent leakage into too much cold air;In addition to maintaining good external thermal insulation system, does not produce partial condensation.
(4) in a timely manner to replace damaged dryers dust collector filter bag, to ensure that the emission standard.
