Activate Adobe Photoshop software in your PC.

Once it started to run successfully, open up the desired image you want to clip up.

Go to file menu and select open then you will see a dialogue box after that choose an image Or you can simply drag and drop the file into Photoshop.

Pen tool is chosen and you can see the mouse pointer looks like pen therefore when you click on the edge of an image an anchor point you will get and from that point click  beside edge of the image and round the path around the necessary image shape. Lastly you see the first anchor point and joint the ongoing clipping path.

When clipping path is done go to path layers and you can see the path is as operational path and you need to make this operational path to clipping path. Now please double click on the operational path layer and you can see a small box coming as Save Path and names Path 1 by default now click ok and after that the path will be saved as Path 1. You can easily rename the Path name with whatever you want. Generally we save Path 1 but you request us to give another name then we give the provided name.

So now if you want to isolate the whole background and put white instead please
follow the further steps. Choose the path 1 and press Command+click for MAC and Control+Click for Windows to Path 1 and when it is chosen; you will see the path is moving around the image.

Now choose layer+new+layer via copy as the following screen.

Then you can see the image in transparent background layer.

Now you have to select black colour in a third layer in addition to set the backdrop
black. Choose to set the background colour from tools pallet to select black colour. Set backdrop colour box. You can employ many colours for your backdrop.

Lastly save the image. Go to File menu and go for the save option.

Now here you will see file format. Please choose your desire file format. Here we have selected JPEG format. After saving the file you will see a new dialog box.

Click ok to save the file. This dialogue box shows the quality of the image you feel like to save.
