Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam 2015 will be conducted by UPTU in April 2015. Aspirants of UPSEE 2015, who are willing to receive admission in best engineering colleges of Uttar Pradesh, will have to fill application form in due format.

UPSEE 2015 application form will be issued in March 2015. Candidates should check the eligibility criteria first and then fill application form. Once the application fee is paid it will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and ineligible candidates will not be allowed to write the exam.

It is very important to submit application form in prescribed format because admit card will be issued only to those candidates who will submit form successfully. After submitting application form, acknowledgment page will be displayed. Candidates must download it and secure it safely.


UPTU will establish various help desk or UPTU facilitation centers. These centers will assist candidate in form filling. List of these centers will be available in official website or brochure of UPSEE 2015. After filling the application form a unique registration number will be issued to candidate. Candidates must secure
this number properly.


To fill application form offline, candidates will have to purchase it from authorized post offices. From must be filled with either black or blue pen only. Every detail in application form should be precised and authentic. Filled application form is to be send to UPTU in address below:

While purchasing offline application form, candidate will have to pay Rs. 1000/- (General and OBC candidates) and Rs. 500 for SC/ST candidates and woman candidates, as application fee. Fee has to be paid on the spot to attain offline application form.

Application fee for online application form can be paid via bank challan or safe payment gateway. For safe payment gate way candidates can use Net Banking or Debit/ Credit Card. Candidates who wish to pay application fee via bank challan may download the challan form official website of UPTU. Then generate challan against Rs. 1000 for General category (500/- for SC/ST and Women) and remit it at authorized bank.
