Night work harmful to health

Scientists from the Centre for Research in the Faculty of sleep in Surrey have discovered that štiriizmensko work causing interference present in the basic molecular level.
Experts believe that the proportions, the speed and degree of damage induced by work at night, surprising.
The human body has its own natural rhythm and biological clock, which is aimed at nighttime sleep and activity throughout the day.   http://hypothyroidismrevolutiontombrimeyer.bravesites.com/entries/general/tom-brimeyer-prevention-of-this-cancer

Natural 'time' biorhythm has a very strong influence organism: to destabilize the endocrine system, body temperature, physical fitness, mood and brain function.

The research, published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Siences, scientists have observed 22 people who have worked in day and night shifts.

The blood analysis showed that the 6% is usually programmed for gene activity in a specific time, when the volunteers are worked during the night, this program crashed.
More than 97% of genes that act in the steady rhythm of sleep was due to unspecific time, thrown from a natural rhythm.   http://www.imfaceplate.com/hypothyroidismrevolu/hypothyroidism-revolution-feeding-problems-in-patients-with-cancer

"This result shows us why after sleepless night, or work the night shift, so we feel bad," says Simon Archer, one of the scientists who participated in the survey.

His colleague Derk-Jan Dijk says that each specific tissue in the body's own daily rhythm, at night time, this rhythm is lost.

Research has shown that the workers can work in štiriizmenskem sleeping too little, develop type 2 diabetes, cholesterol and obesity. Still other studies have confirmed that workers at work štiriizmenskem an increased risk of heart attacks.

"We believe that the change of pace in the functioning of genes associated with certain long-term negative health consequences," says Dijk.

Professor Hugh Piggins of the faculty of Manchester says that the current effects of night work quite severe.

"It is surprising especially strong and immediate negative effect. It is a much greater disruption than was expected! "

Also points out that we are talking about short-term study, so the lasting effects unpredictable. At the same time adds that can only imagine how many health problems caused by night work.
